Escondido, CA | Part-Time Nanny
Afternoon Schedule | Twin Boys (Age 7) | Long-Term Role
Part-Time Nanny During School Year / Full-Time During School Breaks
Our agency is partnering with a warm and thoughtful family in Escondido, California seeking a dependable, nurturing nanny to support their 7-year-old twin boys. This role offers consistent afternoon hours during the school year and expanded daytime hours when school is not in session, making it an excellent opportunity for a caregiver seeking stability and a long-term relationship with a family.
The family is looking for someone patient, steady, and emotionally attuned who can become a trusted and supportive presence in the children’s lives.
The Role
This position centers on caring for the twins and supporting their afternoon routines. One of the boys has developmental differences and currently requires assistance with mobility and positioning. He is described by the family as gentle and easygoing, and responds well to calm, attentive care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing occasional physical support, including lifting or repositioning him (approximately 40 lbs), and will approach this work with patience, kindness, and confidence.

This is a role that will be especially meaningful for a nanny who values consistency, connection, and helping children thrive at their own pace.
