The Dahlia Family
Long Island City, NY | Full-Time Nanny for Infant
Weekday Schedule | 6-Month-Old | Collaborative Home Environment
Our agency is partnering with a private family in Long Island City, Queens seeking a warm, reliable full-time nanny to care for their infant son, who will be approximately 6 months old at the start of the role (June 10th).
This is a wonderful opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys infant care and development and is comfortable working in a home where a parent is present during the day.
The Role
This position is centered on attentive, developmentally appropriate care for an infant. The family is looking for a nanny who is nurturing, detail-oriented, and confident managing the day-to-day rhythm of feeding, naps, and play.
A parent works full-time from a home office, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable maintaining independence in the baby’s care while working in a collaborative household environment.
The family values professional caregivers and is looking for someone who takes pride in providing thoughtful, attentive infant care. This is a role where the nanny will be trusted to manage the baby’s daily routine with confidence and consistency.
This position is well suited to a career nanny who enjoys supporting early development and establishing strong routines during the infant stage. A strong candidate will bring sound judgment, a calm presence, and the ability to work comfortably alongside a work-from-home parent without requiring ongoing direction.
